Where do I find the control panel?
You can log-in from any of our website pages by clicking on the Client Login link which is located on the menu bar. Please point your mouse on "Support" and click on "Client Login. We have 2 different control panels. Please select either "Direct Admin Control Panel" or "cPanel" from the drop-down menu, depending on the control panel your account was setup on.

How do I log-in?
To log-in please type in your username and the password. You have received the information by email when you opened your account with Ehost.co.za.

What happens if I lose my password?
If you have lost your login information, please click here to contact us. The login information will only be sent to the account holder's email address.

What are the email accounts?
By clicking on "Email Accounts" you are enabled to to create, delete or change your email addresses.

What are the FTP accounts?
FTP accounts are used to give your ftp client program access to your hosting account on our server enabling you to transfer your web pages and other files and images to the allocated web space on the our server.

Please see the section on Publishing for more details.
To create a new FTP account, please click on "FTP Management". Click on "Create FTP account" and choose a ftp username and password.

What are the Host Account Statistics?
The Host Account Statistics provide you details about the number of email addresses and ftp accounts you are allowed and the disk space provided for your use.
