UPS - Uninterruptible Power Supply

UPS: "Uninterruptible Power Supply" Power protection device that includes a batter backup to take over if the main current fails. Usually incorporates power conditioning and surge protection.

In case of any power failure, a backup system has been implemented to kick in so that the server is not interrupted or down in case of any power failures.
